This week’s menu:

- Lasagna alla Bolognese
Traditional Emilia-Romagna style with a grass-fed beef ragù, creamy béchamel, handmade sheets of pasta, and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.

- Panzanella Caesar Salad
A mash-up of two Italian classics — crisp romaine, market tomatoes, sourdough croutons, pickled red onion, and shaved Parm with a creamy anchovy-garlic dressing.

- Housemade Sourdough Garlic Bread
Naturally leavened sourdough, toasted with roasted garlic, cultured butter & flaky salt.

Optional tiramisu add-on available. Limited quantities. First come, first served.
